Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders Policy
We shall not be able to cancel an order once processed; in such an event, a store credit will be offered.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel an order.
Orders may be cancelled due to inaccuracies or errors in product/pricing information, or due to unprecedented factors beyond our scope.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the same amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Returns/Exchange Policy
The terms of our Returns & Exchange policy are limited to direct sale by us to you and these terms of Returns & Exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party.
Most of our products are made to order and as such they can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged. In case of damage, the customer is eligible for a free exchange of the same size, in case we are unable to provide a replacement a credit note will be issued – there will be NO REFUNDS.
If the product is mildly damaged due to the natural wear and tear of the delivery process we shall repair the product for the customer free of cost.
The customer service team must be contacted within 5 hrs of receiving the damaged product in order to successfully process its exchange. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send us the product back.
Any product that is soiled or is returned without the original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery will NOT be eligible for an exchange.
In case of sizing issues, free alteration service is provided. Please note that the shipping charges will be borne by the customer (both ways).
If there is a sizing issue, the garment will be altered based on the customers’ requirement; shipping costs will be borne by the customer. This alteration service is provided complimentary for the 1 st time.
In order to avail of the free alteration service; the customer service team must to be informed of any issue within 24 hours of receiving the garment. Also, the said garment must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
We are not liable for any damages to the garments during shipping/handling for alterations.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
